Based on a real place in Colorado Springs...
Forest Bend is a Christmas farm in the Black Forest of Colorado Springs. Guests get to enjoy so many fun family activities such as Nativity plays in the barn , photo ops throughout the property, a hayride through the lights, hot popcorn, games, climbing structures, animals to see, model trains, warm fire pits , and a maze that is fun for all ages! It is open yearly between Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.

Meet The Author
Katie Goodman
Katie is a wife to her husband, Jonathan, and mother of two awesome kiddos, Andrew and Leah.
She happily serves, alongside her husband, at their church and with some of the owners of Forest Bend.
This is her first book, and it was a joy to write! Her family loves Christmas and Forest Bend is one of their favorite places in the world. The way the owners put Christ at the center of all they do is what makes it so special.
Katie is praying this book is a fun way to enjoy the true meaning of Christmas for many families. She dedicates it to her husband, who supports all her creative endeavors, and always points their family toward the King.
Meet The Illustrator
S.J. Lawson
S.J. is a wife and mother of two precious boys. She enjoys art, cooking, the outdoors, plants, and learning new things.
She has been drawing and painting since she was a kid and pursued her associates degree in fine art.
She loves creating and learning new techniques to challenge herself in her drawing and painting.
This book was especially fun to do and design the different characters. She hopes all who read it will enjoy it for years to come!
