- Professional photographers only
- Photographer responsible for client cleanup and trash
- Respect the property. Tractor/truck not for climbing unless pre‑approved
- All guests are responsible for their own general liability

Pick Your Day
Mini Session blocks are just $40 per 30 minutes with a 2 hour minimum.
NOTE: Every booking will have a flat $3.50 online processing fee.
Hours available are between 9AM – 6PM. Booking slots available and not sold out are the only ones shown

Good to know before you book
Can I bring an assistant or second shooter?
Second shooters are fine to bring. Please make sure they know all the property rules and requirements.
Are pets allowed on the property?
Pets are allowed. To ensure a great experience for all guests please pick up after any pets and pets are not allowed to roam the property.
What's the cancellation or reschedule policy?
All reservations are abel to be moved to another available day and time in the season as available. No refunds on reserved times can be given.
Is my 2‑hour block exclusive to me?
Yes. Each booking reserves the entire property. No other photographers are scheduled during your block.
What will the light look like during my slot?
Lighting and weather change quickly. We have some spots in open sun/sky and others sheltered by trees.
NOTE: Interior barn/string lighting is available on request and can be switched on remotely ahead of your arrival.
